Bravenet Sign-up Tutorial - 2

To have a web site on Bravenet requires you to specifically choose that. From your Account Page, where you should have arrived at after completing the sign up steps, you will see this section -

Click on the "Get Your Free Website" link and go through to the next page where you will see this section -

Choose Bravehost - click on the "get bravehost" button.

This takes you to a page where you can select a paid or free hosting plan. The free plan comes with advertising on your pages and less features than a paid plan. It is up to you whether you select a free or paid plan.

For the Free plan click on the heading at the top of the Free listing -

On the next page click on the "Build a new website" link.

Next click on the "Use a subdomain" link.

Follow through the instructions from here and when you come out the other end you will have your web site.

There will be nothing on it yet, of course, that is up to you - let your imagination run wild.
