HTML Forms Course Description

The HTML Forms class will show you how to add a contact/questionnaire Form to a web page so you can get feedback from visitors to your web site. Because we are using the Formmail service provided by Bravenet you will need to register a Bravenet account for this class. There is no need to have the actual website on Bravenet however.

There are 3 lessons with a simple exam at the end.

Lesson 1:

An explanation of what a Form is and how it is put together. You make a simple form requesting your visitor's name and email address and ask some questions.

Lesson 2:

In this lesson you expand the Form by adding more questions using different Form elements.

Lesson 3:

In this lesson you learn some other ways of arranging the layout of your Form and adding important accessibility features that make it easier to use.

Exam:

Ten questions to see how much you have learnt from the three lessons.

After this you get to choose a certificate which you can display on a web page to show that you have taken this class and successfully completed it.
